We are committed to healthy hair
we specialize in luxury hair extensions, custom cuts, color and styles for clients of all hair textures. Our expertise lies in providing treatments that improve and maintain the health of your hair. if you’re experiencing hair loss or thinning related to medications, health issues, or the aging process in general, we have many options that may provide the perfect solution.
New Clients will need to schedule a consultation prior to service.
LATE ARRIVAL:
A grace period of 25 minutes late arrival is given.
LATE CANCELATION:
A client who arrives 30 minutes late, cancels their appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, or causes a last minute service cancelation for any reason is considered a late cancelation. If this happens, the appointment will be cancelled. the client will Forfeit their deposit and be required to pay another deposit to re-book.
NO SHOW:
Any client that does not arrive to their appointment and has not contacted me is considered a "No Show". If this happens, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee(s) for the missed appointment using the credit card on file. The fees must be paid and a new deposit is required before the client can re-schedule another appointment.
COVID POLICY
In consideration for the health and safety of all our clients and staff our COVID Policy is currently as follows: Only clients receiving services are permitted in the studio at the time of appointment. If you bring children or guests with you, or if you appear ill, we reserve the right to cancel services.
